Marija is a Solicitor, admitted to practice in England and Wales specialising in all aspects of finance.
She has eleven years’ experience in the financial markets sector and has spent time working in-house at a major American bank and Japanese broker dealer, as well as in private practice. She has advised institutional clients, hedge funds, private equity funds, companies, and individuals on all aspects of funding structures, including special purpose vehicles.
Marija also has previously advised on conveyancing transactions, as part of corporate M&A instructions, but also as stand-alone transactions.
Marina obtained her LLB (Hons) at the City University in London, and completed the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. Marija was admitted to practice in 2006. Her personal interests include reading, travelling and fashion.
