Lloyds Banking Group published its annual list of the most expensive streets in England based on Land Registry data on transactions entered into between 2010 and 2015.

The largest number of the London priciest streets is in Kensington and Chelsea, which has excellent schools, designer shops, proximity to the business district and the best properties.

The 10 most expensive streets in England:

  • 1. Victoria Road, Kensington and Chelsea, W8 – £8.01m
  • 2. Egerton Crescent, Kensington and Chelsea, SW3 – £7.55m
  • 3. Manresa Road, Kensington and Chelsea, SW3 – £7.36m
  • 4. Eaton Square, Westminster, SW1W – £6.73m
  • 5. De Vere Gardens, Kensington and Chelsea, W8 – £6.61m
  • 6. Parkside, Merton, SW19 – £6.36m
  • 7. Drayton Gardens, Kensington and Chelsea, SW10 – £5.95m
  • 8. Chester Street, Westminster, SW1X – £5.53m
  • 9. Chelsea Manor Street, Kensington and Chelsea, SW3 – £5.52m
  • 10. Pembridge Place, Kensington and Chelsea, W2 – £5.49m
