Peter Rebane

Peter is leading the firm’s company secretarial and corporate division in London. He has over 12 years of professional experience in a wide range of international legal matters, having worked at major US-based international law firms both in London and Washington.
Peter has wide ranging experience in company law, company secretarial practice, compliance and corporate governance. Peter provides support and advice in these practice areas to UK private companies and international companies with UK operations. He advises on full spectrum of company secretarial matters including company formations, business name registrations, company re-registrations, change of name applications, changes in share capital, re-organisations, winding up and restoration applications, annual compliance, directors and shareholder meetings.
Peter holds BA in philosophy and history from Baylor University and a law degree from Oxford University.
Prior to joining Svetlova LLP, Peter worked with a US law firm in London and was in charge of company secretarial services for more than 90 companies.
