Crispin is a real estate lawyer and specialises in both commercial and residential real estate transactions in the UK.
He has extensive experience in advising on commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants; the acquisition and disposal of investment property; the real estate aspects of corporate transactions; and the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential property.
He has acted for international retailers; pension funds; financial institutions; energy companies; corporate occupiers; private investors and individuals; in sectors including banking and finance; wealth management; charity; defence; medical; and retail (computer gaming; fashion; and food and beverage).
Crispin was educated at Ampleforth College; Jesus College, Oxford; and BPP law school, London. He qualified as a solicitor at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in September 2000, and has since worked at several international and UK law firms based in the City of London.
Crispin's interests include film; music; travel; skiing; running; and European history.
